These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Scooping Around, a brand operated by Moonlight Buddy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By scheduling or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Scooping Around provides pet waste removal services at residential and commercial properties.

Services are performed according to the schedule selected by the customer and are subject to accessibility, weather conditions, and safety considerations.

2. Payment Terms

  • At the start of service, customers will receive a secure recurring payment link to set up payment.

  • Payment must be completed before service is performed.

  • Invoices are sent for customer records after payment setup.

  • Recurring services are billed monthly, in advance.

  • One‑time or initial cleanups must be paid prior to service.

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed or rescheduled service.

3. Missed or Failed Service Access

If our team is unable to access your property due to:

  • Locked gates

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Aggressive pets

The service may be skipped and considered completed for billing purposes.

4. Scheduling & Arrival Times

  • We do not guarantee exact arrival times.

  • Routes operate during daytime hours and are optimized for efficiency.

  • Your service day typically remains consistent.

  • We reserve the right to adjust routes and schedules as needed.

5. Weather & Holidays

  • Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions, including heavy rain or unsafe conditions.

  • If a service falls on a major holiday, that visit may be skipped and combined with the next scheduled cleanup.

  • Charges remain applicable due to accumulated waste.

6. Waste Disposal

  • Waste is typically placed in the customer’s trash receptacle if accessible.

  • If no bin is available, waste will be securely bagged and left near the gate.

  • We do not guarantee off‑site waste removal.

7. Equipment & Sanitation

We disinfect equipment regularly using pet‑safe disinfectants; however, we do not guarantee elimination of all bacteria or parasites

8. Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel service at any time.

  • Payments already billed for the current service period are non‑refundable.

  • If cancellation occurs mid‑billing period, remaining paid services may still be performed upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonlight Buddy LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from:

  • Unsafe property conditions

  • Failure to secure pets

  • Inaccurate information provided by the customer

11. Governing Law (Florida)

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

Any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
